Twenty minute sessions are $35; 60 minute sessions are $100.
Payment is by check or PayPal in advance. A PayPal payment request will be sent once your session is booked. If
you do not experience a shift or improvement of any sort in your issue after the session, you may request a refund or a second
session at no cost, as you prefer.
When I receive your form, I contact you to set up
a free 10 minute consultation by phone, I will ask you to provide information on your specific issue by email before
our 10 minute consultation.
Before our call, I will send you a chart of the points used in EFT acupressure
tapping. In the 10 minute call, I will confirm your main issue, and then lead you through a tapping round so
that you can see for yourself how EFT is done, and the shifts and changes in mood, skills and thinking that
you are likely to notice from a session.
At that time, we will also set up your first session appointment.

Time, Monday through Friday. Weekend appointments are sometimes available.

can be made at your barn, farm or office. I will be happy to meet you at a riding session or lesson, where
we can work on your specific issue on location and in real time.
What's a session like?
the session, you'll receive a session preparation sheet. About an hour before the session, please drink 8
oz. of water to make sure you're hydrated for the session, and have some water on hand during the session.
In the session, we'll
discuss what your riding issue or problem is. We'll explore the physical components of your issue, as well
as the thoughts, beliefs and feelings you have about it. We'll establish what a desirable outcome is for
For example, you might tell me, "I had a bad riding accident, and now I'm terrified to canter.
My horse is acting up and I'm afraid I will get thrown again." If I ask you where you feel the fear when you think
about the accident, you might say, "I feel my stomach flip-flopping and my palms sweating." You might
also discuss mental issues: "I can't stop thinking about the accident" or emotional ones: "I feel sad
that I can't enjoy my horse."
This information will help us craft your tapping statements. I'll formulate
the statement and lead you through the tapping sequence. We'll evaluate your emotional and physical responses after
1-2 rounds of tapping, and then repeat this process throughout the session to help reduce the physical, mental and emotional
reactions that are holding you back from riding your best, and enjoying it.
At the end of the session, I'll give you
suggestions on how to apply your tapping routine, including specific statements to use on your own. I will furnish you
with either a recording or a written tapping "script" for your daily use before the next appointment. Within
a week, I'll follow up with you by email (included in the session fee) to find out how you're doing, answer any questions,
and help you assess your progress.
